Our story

Avinash Khosla & Associates was founded in Ludhiana in 1968 by Architect Avinash Khosla, with a vision to raise the architectural quality of the region’s built environment.

From a humble start, the firm has grown into a cross-disciplinary team of architects, interior designers, urban designers and 3D visualisers. It has planned, designed and seen executed a wide spectrum of buildings across India — educational, administrative, research, housing, industrial, residential, commercial, hospitality and financial.

Every space is unique and deserves a specialist approach that combines space planning, design and architecture with project management — delivering quality, on time and within budget.

Ar. Avinash Khosla

A graduate of the Chandigarh College of Architecture, Avinash Khosla has practised since 1968, handling projects for private, corporate and government clients — from houses, offices and industrial buildings to townships, stadiums and airport infrastructure. He has won numerous architectural competitions later executed by the firm.

He was awarded a Gold Medal for his work on townships and sports infrastructure in the tribal areas of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. He is a senior member of Rotary International and a Paul Harris Fellow.
