The Technical Block cum Control Tower at Raipur rises 44 metres, built with shear-wall construction for the outer shell. Together with ancillary structures such as the CAT VIII fire station, it is clad in low-maintenance solid zinc panels.
Services include gas-based fire fighting and VRF air conditioning of about 200 TR. Like all of the firm’s work for the Airports Authority of India, the project was prepared for compliance with a three-star GRIHA rating.
